Southern Rhode Island Volunteers  provides a supportive foundation for volunteerism by providing:
(1) volunteer resources in the southern part of the state; (2) quality, meaningful, and appropriate service opportunities to the citizens of this area; and (3) health care access, nutrition support, and services to alleviate elder isolation as well as disabled adults in need of independent living services.
