Southern Site Contractors is an expanding company in Gallatin, TN. As part of the Clayton Homes family and a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway, SSC offers services including clearing, grading, storm drainage, sanitary sewer, water main and distribution, concrete, erosion control, curbing, paving, and more. We perform site work for commercial, residential, and industrial contractors now and plan to expand into government and linear projects late in 2018. We are equipped to handle nearly every kind of earth moving project, whether large or small and can deliver safe, quality site work on-time and within budget. SSC brings an expeditious and integrated approach to site work, allowing us to promptly grade a site, install and maintain erosion control measures, and install underground utilities. We employ the most current technological advancements including GPS & machine control to ensure that work is done to specification the first time. SSC is constructed on a foundation of safety at all times. Ensuring that all work is performed as safely as possible is paramount, even more so than production.
