Southside Craft Soda is a small beverage producer based in San Antonio, Texas, that makes sodas grounded in South Texas heritage by blending familiar flavors with regional nuance. The concept originated in 2017 through a collaboration between Andrew Anguiano, a seasoned food marketer, and Gregg Spickler, a Brewmaster-Chef. The brand introduced its flagship Southside Craft Soda in 2021, and its products have since attracted interest from craft breweries, upscale restaurants, and other local venues. 
 
 Its early products include TexaCola, launched in 2019 and quickly broadened to Texas distribution with H-E-B Grocery, and Limoncito, introduced later that year as a citrus-forward, agua fresca–styled soda using Texas honey and cane sugar. The company has pursued local engagement through promotions such as a Go Local Giveaway launched in 2020. In 2026, co-founder Andrew Anguiano was named President and CEO of SouthTex Beverage Company, taking on strategy, partnerships, and retail expansion responsibilities.
