Sparks Management offers a wide range of program, project, construction and move management services to guide our clients through the process from conception to move-in. Services included are as follows: PROJECT MANAGEMENT Pre-design, master planning, cost benefit analysis, budget estimates, project schedule, contractor selection, design team and construction RFP process/selection/negotiation, facilitate owner/design issues, contract negotiations, and pre-construction management. CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT Budget/schedule reports, facilitate changes, facilitate owner-purchased equipment, change management, contractor negotiation, coordinate bid documents, monitor schedule/budget, and cash flow analysis. MOVE MANAGEMENT Master schedule and project scope development, establish move management team, communication liaison, bid and award moving companies, negotiate contracts, identify and coordinate building services, organize relocation and/or disposal of existing furniture, equipment and trash, furniture and equipment delivery/installation schedule, manage A/V and low voltage design/installation, coordinate installation of existing or new equipment, on-site move management, strategic space planning services, technology and equipment planning, coordinate owner furnished equipment and furniture, signage coordination, and art selection/installation coordination.
