Special Olympics Illinois is a not-for-profit organization based in Normal, Illinois, at 605 East Willow Street, Normal, IL 61761. Its mission is to provide year-round sports training and athletic competition in Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, giving participants opportunities to develop physical fitness, courage, joy, and friendship with families, other Special Olympics athletes, and the broader community.
