SpendSmart Group was originally founded as a maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) spend management firm that provides one source of maintenance supply and procurement technology to manufacturing firms and US Government facilities worldwide.
Today, SSG is a self-performing overseas base construction firm and base operations supplier of construction materials and base maintenance items to Military installations and government contractors worldwide.

SSG provides construction and construction project management on US Military bases in some of the toughest parts of the world. Our experience mobilizing to and performing in austere conditions has made us a go to choice for the US Military and prime contractors – no matter how big the job and no matter where it is. With our certified staff of project managers, we can guarantee your mission will be completed safely, professionally, on time and on budget.

Supply and Logistics

SpendSmart Group distributes more than 1.5 million individual items from more than 1,000 different manufacturers and partners with 68 distribution centers around the world. In addition to operating domestic and international COCESS facilities, SSG services a number of other CONUS DOD installations through base specific BPA (blank purchase agreement) contract vehicles.

Internationally, SSG services numerous bases and FOB’s in Afghanistan, Iraq, the UAE and East Africa. These operations provide in-theater stock of construction and base maintenance materials – in many locations we were the first and only of its kind. In essence, SpendSmart Group brought the idea of an in-theater stocked warehouses to dangerous war zones because of its understanding of base needs.
