SPHIER Emergency Room opened its doors as the first freestanding emergency room in Katy, TX in 2010 and the first one in Missouri City, TX in 2013. Created and operated by local Emergency Room physicians, SPHIER Emergency Room continues to operate with its mission of raising the bar for emergency care in the communities which it serves. SPHIER ER's has an average of less than 5 minute wait and is open 24 hours/7days a week. SPHIER ER is always staffed by Board Certified Emergency Room physicians, registered nurses, a radiologic tech, and a paramedic to care for you in a calm and comfortable environment. SPHIER ER proudly supports many community events through sponsorships and as the official First Aid Medical provider to assist athletes and participants. SPHIER is in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance, Cigna, United Healthcare, Aetna and over 500 medical insurance providers.
