Public Sector Expansion The recent Bethlehem emergency shelter project and a city-level contract indicate Spillman Farmer Architects is actively pursuing public sector and social infrastructure opportunities. This suggests sales leads in government and nonprofit projects, especially those centered on community facilities and humane design.

Midmarket Revenue With reported revenue in the 10M to 25M range and a boutique size (11-50 employees), the firm is positioned for midmarket design opportunities where clients seek highly customized, human-centered solutions without enterprise-scale procurement complexity.

Sustainability Focus The firm emphasizes authentic, sustainable, place-aware design with lasting patina and context sensitivity. This aligns well with clients prioritizing sustainability certifications, adaptive reuse, and resilience-driven projects.

Technology Stack Utilizing WordPress, MySQL, Gravity Forms and Cloudflare indicates a modern, cost-efficient tech footprint. This opens opportunities for lightweight digital project collaboration, online design portals, and streamlined RFP responses for smaller to mid-size clients.

Strategic Partnerships Recent public-sector engagement and a skilled, interdisciplinary team position Spillman Farmer as a strong partner for joint ventures or multi-disciplinary teams with larger firms pursuing public or community-focused commissions.
