The Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce is a non-profit organization based in Springfield, Missouri, that functions as the primary advocate for business in partnership with the community. In March 2026, the chamber launched the Essential Skills Workshop, a three-session professional development program designed to provide practical tools for managers to communicate clearly, build trust, coach employees, and strengthen workplace culture.
