Springfield Creamery is a family-owned dairy company based in Eugene, Oregon, with a history spanning more than six decades. It pioneered probiotic yogurt in the United States by introducing a yogurt containing Acidophilus, and its Nancy’s Yogurt line is now marketed as Nancy’s Probiotic Foods. 
 
 Springfield Creamery operates in the food and beverage sector, producing probiotic dairy products for a broad consumer base. In March 2026, Nancy’s Yogurt and the company’s European Style Organic Unsalted Butter both earned gold medals at the Concours International de Lyon in France. In 2021, Springfield Creamery partnered with Denton Plastics to recycle its clean containers into resin for second-use products.
