Springwell has a 40+ year history of creating, managing, and coordinating services for seniors, people with disabilities and those who provide care. 
In July of 2022, we merged with BayPath Elder Services to increase our service area to more than 22 communities in Greater Boston and MetroWest.

Our team of 200 case managers, information and referral specialists, protective service workers, social workers, and RN's are professional, dependable, and compassionate resources for the people we serve. As a staff, we have amassed a wealth of knowledge and insight about the many public and private resources available. Our mission to provide services is guided by a commitment to the independence and self-determination of the people we serve.
