St. Procopius Abbey is a Benedictine monastery of priests and brothers who live in a community focused on prayer, obedience, and personal conversion in accordance with the Rule of St. Benedict. While central to their monastic life is prayer and spiritual formation, they also engage in external apostolates, notably through founding and sustaining educational institutions such as Benet Academy and Benedictine University. Based in Lisle, Illinois, the abbey operates within the religious institutions sector and serves its religious community as well as the broader educational community it supports. The organization is located in the United States and contributes to both contemplative life and educational outreach through long-standing monastic traditions and institutional sponsorship. A recent development includes the publication of a Mass schedule for the holiday season, reflecting ongoing participation in liturgical life and community events.
