(SBT) is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization that serves military veterans, their spouses and caregivers who are facing obstacles during their transition back to civilian life. SBT has over 200 professional and International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified l/equivalent life, business, career, wellness, educational, executive and leadership coaches volunteering their time to provide free, confidential, one-on-one professional coaching sessions around the country. 

With over 200,000 military service members transitioning into civilian life each year, the need for this service will provide our veterans with guidance during this difficult time is only growing.  

Please note that coaching does not substitute for mental health assistance, and if PTS, traumatic brain injury, or other psychiatric factors are involved, we will help guide those in need to the best available medical care and provide the coaching when they are ready.
