I have over 30 years’ experience in positions ranging from Senior Program Manager and Senior Business Development Manager, to C-Level Executive Consultant and beyond. I have helped employers and clients alike procure more than four dozen contracts valued between $5M and $2B during my tenure, including numerous NASA & DOD Systems, Services and Site contracts. In addition, my hands-on, on-site engineering and management experience of NASA and DOD sites provides valuable insight and customer understanding. While working for Lockheed Martin on NASA/DOD-focused programs, I demonstrated a 100%-proposal win rate, as well as successful program start-up and execution. I have also maintained an average win rate of 85% on proposals created for other small-to-medium-sized businesses. In addition to Lockheed Martin, I’ve worked with Northrop Grumman, Raytheon, Boeing, L-3 Comm, Booz Allen, Lohfeld Consulting, and Shipley & Associates on proposals for Federal agencies like NASA, USAF, the U.S. Army and Navy, Homeland Security, the Department of State, and others. While preparing solicitations for such agencies, I have led capture, managed the proposal process, and developed proposal content.
