After your initial call requesting service, we collect your audio files and determine the time period of completion. Each minute of audio takes approximately 5 minutes to type. After completion, we send your text notes via email. Our founder, Kamal Irani, utilizes her experience in software engineering to design and automate a seamless, detail-oriented and accurate transcription service with quick turnaround times.
