StaVin Inc. is a beverage manufacturing company based in Sausalito, California, that supplies toasted oak products for wine. As a family-run operation with an artisanal approach, it offers customized oak solutions intended to reproduce traditional barrel flavors while helping wineries reduce production costs.

The company serves winemakers by providing products for fermentation or aging in tanks or neutral barrels, and it offers dosage guidance and an oak dosage calculator to support ordering. StaVin also runs a Barrel Fingerprinting program in which its Director of Research conducts blind sensory evaluations with winery staff to determine appropriate oak concentrations, toast levels, and blending strategies across three toasting regimes: Fire, Convection Oven Savour, and Convection Oven Barrel Head. In January 2020, StaVin announced the appointment of a Business Development Specialist to manage customer relationships in Napa, Sonoma, the Central Valley and the Sierra Foothills.
