Practicing in all state and federal courts, including federal bankruptcy court, we provide fast, efficient and experienced legal representation throughout Minnesota and also in Wisconsin, South Dakota and North Dakota. Our expertise is in the areas of commercial and real estate loan workouts and litigation, creditor's rights in bankruptcy (all types, including business reorganization in Chapter 11), lender liability defense, business liquidations, real estate foreclosures, consumer collections, and appellate practice in each of the foregoing areas. We have extensive experience in representing various lenders, large and small, as well as numerous other creditors, in the areas of our practice.
