We are a "boutique" CPA firm providing:  attestation, financial statement preparation, accounting, S.S.A.R.S. engagements, tax planning and compliance services, as well as consulting services; primarily to small and medium size businesses and other entities.  

We pride ourselves in providing accurate, timely, and secure services and work "product" to our clients throughout California.   We like to work with our clients in a collaborative way using secure e-mail and/or "portals".  By using secure portals a certain degree of flexibility for timing of the work or project can be gotten, and convenience for our clients can be gained as well for us.  The flexibility for timing happens because the portal allows information to be gathered and worked on in a more convenient time for both the client and our firm.  Using portals may also possibly eliminate some travel.

As a CPA firm, we place the public good and client services before our own interests.  We feel that it is our obligation as a CPA firm to be forward and provide honest feedback to all of our clients.
