Founded in 2008, Still Waters is a locally owned corporation that was founded and owned by the President and CEO, LeAnn G. Jean.  LeAnn G. Jean is a local resident of Columbia County and has dedicated the last 25 years of her life to helping children and families.  

Still Waters got its name from the 23 Psalm. "The Lord is my Shepherd, I shall not want. He makes me to lay down in green pastures, He leads me beside the Still Waters, He restores my soul." The main idea is the metaphor of life and the storms that we all go through from time to time. The Lord is able to come in and say "Peace" and the stormy waters are calmed. At Still Waters, it is our goal to be instruments in empowering others to bring peace and healing into their lives.
