Stoeppelwerth and Associates Inc. was started by Richard M. Stoeppelwerth on February 12th, 1962. His vision was to have a business that provided a wide variety of engineering and surveying services. Since its inception, Stoeppelwerth specializes in the design of subdivisions and multi-family residential developments as well as small commercial projects. Our team works closely with clients to develop small and large tracts of land into completed developments. This includes land planning, zoning assistance, land surveying, color exhibits, preparation of construction plans, plats, construction staking, surveys and as-builts. We work with clients and their design team throughout the entire process culminating in final completion of construction. Our clients include many nationally known builders and developers but also local production and custom home builders.

The Stoeppelwerth Team includes approximately fifty (50) full-time employees, including Professional Engineers, Professional Land Surveyors, technical design and field support members providing professional services all around the State of Indiana.
