Stomping Ground Comedy Theater & Training Center is a Dallas-based nonprofit dedicated entirely to comedy, offering improv, stand-up, sketch, and storytelling as both performances and training. Opened in 2017, the organization operates as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit whose work centers on Outreach, Inclusion, and Collaboration. It provides adult, teen, and kids classes and performance opportunities, and runs corporate workshops through Improv for Work to support teamwork, communication, and creativity. It also runs Improv for Life, a mental wellness and social-emotional learning program for individuals with autism, anxiety, and caregivers.

The center serves individuals seeking personal growth and entertainment as well as companies seeking team-building experiences, while supporting the local arts scene. Recent collaboration with Lifetime Wellness Ltd. supported efforts to bring laughter and connection to seniors and caregivers.
