Our standard architectural services include Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Document drawings. Other services may include: master planning, program development, interior design, landscape design, furniture design, site analysis, LEED implementation, stakeholders meetings, code and guideline compliance studies (e.g. Veterans Affairs and ADA), construction cost estimates, life-cycle cost analysis, and construction observation.
