Strata-Tac is a manufacturer of pressure sensitive self adhesive products and top coated films. Strata-Tac has the ability to top coat films and adhesive coat films in the same plant. This allows us to be very creative and competitive in our product offerings. Strata-Tac has been serving the converting market since 1995. Our wide range of face stocks, coatings, adhesives, and liners help build the exact product you are looking for. Strata-Tac works with its customers to manufacture both custom and stock products. Adhesive Coating Our coating lines are state of the art reverse gravure. We have the ability to coat several different acrylic adhesives to best suit your application. Coat weight is tightly controlled to insure a good profile of the finished roll and that the peformance works for your application. We have the ability to adhesive coat 17.5" to 60" wide. We also offer toll coating services. We are located in Saint Charles IL just west of Chicago. Top Coating Our coating lines are state of the art reverse gravure. We have the ability to add several different printable top coats to best suit your application. Applications include laser, LED, inkjet, liquid toner, and others to work with the digital print engine of your choice. Coat weight is tightly controlled to insure a good profile of the finished roll and that the peformance works for your application. We have the ability to top coat 17.5" to 60" wide.
