Strategic Applications International (SAI) builds capacity to acquire the appropriate resources to help an 
organization meet or fulfill their mission. We help build an organization's infrastructure - we assess the 
organization's ability to obtain and manage different funding sources and we press to be sure the funding 
sources and capacity are appropriate to the mission. 

SAI offers a variety of cutting edge services to its clients from comprehensive strategic planning to government relations. Located formerly in our nation’s capitol, now headquartered in the Intermountain West, and with a team of consultants with years of experience on Capitol Hill, SAI is in a unique position to represent the interests of local and state government, non-profits, and faith-based organizations. Currently, SAI represents a variety of state and local government organizations, faith-based ministries, and several non-profits in their efforts to acquire Federal funding to support initiatives in law enforcement, housing, mentoring, drug courts, and work with those reentering our communities from incarceration.

SAI’s leaders have an aggregate 165 years experience at the highest levels of government and non-profit agencies. Our training and expertise can be augmented by drawing on a full slate of skilled contractors when necessary, depending on the tasks to be performed.
