Strategies Employment Services was born out of a challenge that was once presented to
our President. That challenge was to create an organization that would change the face of
recruiting for both the candidates and the clients we serve. An organization that would be more
concerned with adequately and competently filling positions for companies and not just
submitting candidates who would stay for a few months and then leave; forcing the client to have
to pay another fee to fill the same position. This is frustrating for every business. There is a
great deal of money involved in training an employee and to have them just walk away is
something businesses struggle with.
