Stronghold Engineering (SEI) is an award-winning design and construction firm specializing in renowned projects for some of the nation’s largest organizations.  Throughout our 32-year history, we have designed and constructed high profile ground up facilities, technically challenging repair and renovations for historical and non-historical facilities, and significant seismic upgrades, as well as large civil, infrastructure, and electrical projects exceeding $2.5 billion in construction cost.

SEI was founded in 1991 by owners Beverly and Scott Bailey. With a vision of becoming a reliable and reputable electrical contractor, a dream that started from their kitchen table with a handful of employees and clients, has grown exponentially to encompass General Contracting, Design and Electrical trades.  As a notable contractor in the construction, engineering and design-build industry, they have completed hundreds of projects ranging from renovation and new construction, to renewable energy and electrical contracting for numerous civic, private and governmental agencies over the course of their 32-year history. Their company has been recognized repeatedly with outstanding performance evaluations and national design and construction awards from DBIA, AGC, ENR and ABC, pointing to their commitment to quality, craftsmanship and safety.
