Russell Hamlet has been certified by the U.S. Green Building Council as a LEED Accredited Professional in both commercial Building Design & Construction & LEED for Homes.  In addition, Russell is a certified Sustainable Building Advisor and member of the City of Bainbridge Island Design Review Board.
