Sub Zero Ice Cream-California, LLC is a California based Area Development company acting as an independent contracting franchise sales and service agent for Sub Zero Franchising, Inc., a Utah Corporation.  Sub Zero Ice Cream-California, LLC has a 10 year agreement + renewable options for the rights to develop all Sub Zero franchises in Los Angeles, Ventura and half of Orange County, a population of nearly 13,000,000.  Sub Zero Ice Cream-California, LLC has the rights to develop a minimum of four Company-owned franchises under its own franchising agreement with Sub Zero Franchising, Inc.
Sub Zero Ice Cream and Yogurt Creamery stores have developed a system that is distinctly unigue.  The system uses the science of cryogenics to make fresh ice cream directly in front of the customer.
Cryogenics is the process of freezing matter (in this case bases, flavors, and mixins) using liquid nitrogen, (LN2).  Within a matter of seconds, each or our customers creates their own custom made ice cream or yogurt treat!  By using a variety of bases (premium: 14%milkfat; custard: 10% milkfat + egg; low fat: 4% milkfat; yogurt; sugar-free yogurt; rice milk; almond milk; or soy milk  Thus ice cream for those who are lactose intolerant, diabetic or suffer from other allergies.  There are 40 flavors and 38 mixins to choose from.  This entertaining, creative, and fun experience with ice cream that tastes incredible gives Sub Zero a recognized competitive advantage over the rest of the industry.
