Suburban Community Channels is a Community Cable Station in White Bear Lake, Minnesota that is managed by 11 member cities (Birchwood Village, Dellwood, Grant, Lake Elmo, Mahtomedi, North St. Paul, Oakdale, Vadnais Heights,  White Bear Lake, White Bear Township, Willernie) under the direction of the Ramsey Washington Cable Commission.

SCC  is an Emmy award-winning production department that works with local schools, individuals and organizations in the area to share positive stories, information and events for and about the people who live, work and play in the Northeast suburbs of Saint Paul.  We are your connection to your community.

Ramsey Washington Suburban Cable Commission (RWSCC) was organized in 1984 to coordinate and provide community television programming to its 11 member municipalities as well as provide regulatory oversight of the RWSCC cable franchise area.
