Sullivan Bille, P.C., founded in 1972, consists of a staff of 35 employees including 5 shareholders. Our office is located in Andover, Massachusetts. Throughout New England, we serve clients with audits, reviews, compilations and taxes in all sectors of the economy: construction, power development, real estate, technology, manufacturing, distribution, supermarkets, wholesale, retail, start-ups, not-for-profit, employee benefit plans, communication, financial services, transportation, insurance, auto dealerships and professional services. The Firm is a member of a national and international group of accounting firms, GMN International, with member firms located throughout the United States and the world. Member firms are available to assist us, and our clients, with their expertise and knowledge of regulatory compliance and local tax laws, as necessary. Sullivan Bille maintains strict control over the quality of all our services to ensure that our work meets the standards of the profession as well as the Firm’s own standards of technical excellence and professionalism. Another aspect of our quality control is that, as a member of both the Center for Public Company Audit and Private Companies Practice Sections of the American Institute of CPA’s, we are subject to peer reviews on a periodic basis. These reviews assure our clients that we are maintaining the highest standards of quality and reporting in our profession.
