Sullivan Collins Law Group was founded in June of 2013 to represent both employees and employers across the full range of employment and personnel issues.  We offer very specific, dedicated, client centered services addressing the multiple issues and opportunities which arise in the workplace. We also provide mediation and arbitration services to assist in alternative dispute resolution.  

Our specialties include negotiating contracts and the resolution of issues arising from employment contracts such as non-compete provisions, non-solicitation provisions, benefit packages, crediting of service, proper classification of employees, overtime claims, ERISA claims, terminations, and severance packages.   

The corporate clients we service include municipalities, school boards, construction companies, government contractors, and benefit providers.  We are unique in that we provide services to individuals as well as corporate clients.
