Summit Associates specializes in providing construction management and materials testing services to State DOT’s, federal, counties, cities, and local agencies transportation infrastructure facilities projects.

Summit Associates was established in April 2000 and was incorporated in July 2001 in the State of California.  We are certified DBE/UDBE/MBE/SBE firm with the State of California and other state agencies. We are comprised of experienced project managers, resident engineers, assistant resident engineers, structures representatives, construction inspectors, specialty inspectors, QA inspectors, materials testers, construction office engineers, labor compliance support, construction claims specialist, and construction schedulers.

Summit Associates has extensive experience on bridges, roadway, building, utilities, railroad, airports, facilities, and water resource construction programs/projects.  For over twenty years we have successfully worked on construction projects with the California Department of  Transportation (Caltrans), San Francisco Bay Area Transit District, Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT), US Department of Transportation Federal Highway Administration - Western Federal Lands Highway Division, US Department of Homeland Security ‐ US Coast Guard, NAVFAC Southwest, US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), AC Transit, Contra Costa County Public Works Department, Contra Costa County Airports, Contra Costa Transportation Authority, San Francisco Municipal Railway, San Francisco Bay Area Transit District, Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority, San Francisco International Airport, Washoe County RTC, Washoe County Public Works Department, and Public Works Department for the Cities of Sacramento, Healdsburg, Union City, Mill Valley, Concord, Milpitas, San Mateo, Gilroy, Rocklin, Walnut Creek, and San Francisco, California and numerous private clients throughout Bay Area.
