Summit General Insurance was founded in 2009 as a result of Judi Garfi Partridge’s decade of experience as a successful owner and breeder of her own thoroughbred racehorses and her more that thirty years as founder and CEO of Eastwood Insurance, one of the nation’s most successful non-standard automobile insurance broker companies.  Ms Partridge sold Eastwood in 2007 to Nationwide Insurance (the third largest insurance company in the US) to dedicate herself full time to her horse racing and breeding interests and to launch Summit General Insurance.
