A U.S. Navy veteran, Wendell’s focus on ensuring exemplary quality and meticulous attention to detail has resulted in Summit’s stellar reputation for service excellence. He is the Founder and CEO of Summit, and is responsible for leading business capture and customer relationship management efforts for the firm, as well overseeing all program and task order management activities. He has 20 years of experience delivering professional information technology services for a wide range of clients spanning the Federal Government and commercial industry. Mr. Lockhart earned a bachelor’s degree in Management Science and Information Technology and a Master of Business Administration from the Pamplin College of Business at Virginia Tech. He also holds the CISA, CISM and CISSP certifications, and is a volunteer and mentor for a national service organization based in Washington D.C.
