Our team is guided by a Physician who specializes in hospice and palliative medicine and a Clinical Director with over 23 years of nursing experience. The National Accreditation process signifies that Summit View Hospice maintains the highest standard in both Hospice care and administrative responsibilities for our patients and their loved ones.  

Our mission is to provide in-home nursing care, as well emotional and spiritual support for patients and families dealing with a life-limiting illness.  Our certified hospice professionals provide care wherever the patient calls home, through a collective effort that includes our Medical Director, Registered Nurses, Counselors, Chaplain, Certified Nursing Aids and Volunteers.
