Sunlight Care is a privately run home care agency proudly serving New Jersey families since 2011 with flexible hourly & 24-hour live-in services. We are CHAP-accredited, A+ rated by the BBB, & the largest Board of Nursing/Division of Consumer Affairs approved Certified Home Health Aide training school in South Jersey. Unlike most agencies tied to costly national franchise contracts, we are completely independent, delivering customized, high-quality care at affordable rates with no hidden fees. We provide well-trained caregivers who help our clients perform the basic activities of life necessary for being functional, happy & most importantly, healthy. These activities are called “Activities of Daily Living” (ADLs). Sunlight Care also provides companion caregivers whose support is limited to household care, friendship, safety watch, and other “non-personal” support. All our caregivers are bonded, insured, and have undergone criminal background checks and drug testing. Our caregivers who provide personal care with ADLs have also completed a specialized 76-hour training course, are certified by the state of New Jersey & have undergone skills verification by our Registered Nurse. We are one of the few home care companies approved as an aide training facility. The time we spend with our aides during training allows us to make optimum aide selection & care matching. We know our aides. Our aides are required to complete many hours of CEU training every year. Our aides' arrival & departure times are actively monitored via our proprietary timekeeping system. If they are 5 minutes late, we know about it and start fixing it. Our client web portal lets you view your visit schedule. You will also have access to your visit history.
