Sunset Preservation is a company based in Dayton, Ohio.  We provide a full range of residential and commercial management and preservation.  Our customers include banks, real estate agents, rental companies, businesses and private homeowners.

We can provide basic services to major trash-outs.  Some of the services we offer are: re-keying or replacing locks, placing lockboxes on doors, securing windows, garage doors, sheds and fences.  We offer winterization for vacant homes and winter vacationers who are away from their home for extended periods.  This prevents the pipes from freezing during cold winter months.  We also secure pools and hot tubs.

We provide weekly seasonal maintenance at the request of our customers, including removing snow/ice during the winter and landscaping services during warmer months.

Out trash out services involves homes that have been abandoned, or where residents have died, been evicted or had their homes foreclosed.  Many times, the previous resident will leave large amounts of trash, furniture, appliances and other garbage that needs to be hauled away to make the home more attractive to potential buyers or tenants.  During one recent trash out, we transported almost 6,000 pounds of items to the trash dump.

We document each work order with several before and after digital photographs.  We provide free estimates and will only start work once a written confirmation is received.  You will never be surprised by unexpected costs or fees.
