In 1969, New Berlin Ornamental Iron & Specialty Corporation was founded to serve the residential and small commercial markets.  The company grew from a two-car garage fabricating ornamental railings to a 28,000 square foot facility fabricating heavy complex structural steel.  In 1989, to accurately reflect the company’s product, its name was changed to Superior Structural Corporation. 

Superior Structural serves small to large size projects in the commercial, industrial and government industries.  We have completed several projects for franchise and chain owners including Kohl’s stores, Lowe’s home improvement stores, QDoba Mexican Grill restaurants, McDonald’s restaurants, Target stores, Pick ‘N Save grocery stores, Walgreens drug stores, United States Post Office branches and American Honda Company dealerships.  Our customer base consists of general contractors, masonry contractors, churches, and schools as well as residential customers.

Superior Structural Corporation specializes in fabricating custom ornamental railings, hand railings, trash gate frames, platforms, steel stairways, ladders, mezzanines, catwalks; fabricating structural trusses and canopies; and supplying joist and deck material.  Quality is ensured by in house inspection and, if required, by contract inspectors.
