Sureway’s purpose is to change lives and build stronger communities, and we have proudly done so for more than 30 years commencing operations as a training provider in 1991. We primarily worked with businesses to upskill staff in various industries in our early days, giving us insight into these skillsets employers found valuable in their employees.

From 1998, we were thrilled to start delivering Employment Services to clients on behalf of the Australian Government initially in rural, regional and remote NSW. This opportunity enabled us to extend our services to help more people within our communities with training and employment support. 

Sureway is committed to providing work-ready candidates to complement any industry in the workforce. Sureway now offers employment, training and allied health solutions in rural, regional, and metropolitan locations across central and south-eastern Australia (ACT, NSW, SA and VIC). 

Our Employment Service offering includes:

• Workforce Australia – Employment Services: helping job seekers find and keep a job

• Workforce Australia - Transition to Work: for young job seekers between the ages of 15-24, designed to equip them for the workforce

• Workforce Australia – Career Transition Assistance: for job seekers aged 45+, designed to help them become competitive applicants in their local labour market

• Disability Employment Services: for job seekers with either a temporary or permanent disability

Our expanded services include registration as a NDIS Provider and allied health services through Sureway Health Support.
