We offer end-user support as soon as your users need it for a variety of devices, including: *Desktop PCs *Laptops *Desk phones *Mobile phones *Printers We receive and dispatch hundreds of events per month from our Operations Center in Oklahoma City to our field service technicians nationally. Enterprise Services We provide around-the-clock monitoring and support from our Operations Center. We offer monitoring and support for: *Network switches *Routers *Servers *Storage *Desktops *Audio Visual Systems The Suryl simplified Enterprise Service does not stop at the Operations Center. As with all of our services, if a remote resolution is not an option, we will send a trained field service engineer to resolve the problem.
