Fondée en 1998 par deux entrepreneurs français, Gregory Marciano et Hervé Louis, l’enseigne s’est développée en franchise à partir de 2006 avec l’arrivée de son troisième dirigeant Adrien de Schompré. Depuis fin 2018, nous faisons partie du groupe AmRest, groupe majeur de la restauration en Europe. 2019, nous comptons 124 points de vente en France, 54 à l’international et sommes présents dans 12 pays (France, Royaume-Uni, Belgique, Luxembourg, Allemagne, Suisse, Italie, Espagne, Portugal, Pays-Bas, Emirats Arabes Unis…). En 2020, nous poursuivons notre déploiement en Europe et au Moyen-Orient en continuant de développer nos différents formats d'établissements, aussi bien en boutiques, corners en GMS et Travel&Retail.
