The physical characteristics, exterior measurements, general conditions, photographs, unusual hazards and recommendations associated with a property are part of our comprehensive inspections that summarize the hazards associated with a risk. This information is used by our clients to determine whether a risk meets their eligibility requirements. In essence, our inspectors become the eyes for the insurance underwriter, who is generally confined to an office in another location.
