Growing public safety SVPA has a track record in designing public safety facilities and recently secured a study contract for a Public Safety Station. This indicates potential cross-sell opportunities with municipal agencies and ongoing design services for police, fire, and EMS projects in Iowa and nearby regions.

Promotions & leadership Promotion of Danielle Williams to Associate Principal signals a leadership expansion and readiness to take on larger or more complex projects. This creates a window to engage for higher-value commissions and long-term master planning engagements.

Project expansion Recent Cedar Falls engagement to study future facilities suggests SVPA is actively winning new municipal projects. Target similar city or county spaces (fire, police, public facilities, master planning) where their design and site analysis expertise can be leveraged.

Award credibility Industry recognition such as the 2022 Station Design Award and masonry design mentions enhance credibility with public sector clients. Use these accolades in outreach to secure RFPs or present value propositions for public safety and education projects.

Mid-market niche With annual revenue in the multi-million range and a focused service mix (architecture interior design master planning site analysis), SVPA appeals to mid-market municipal and community projects seeking personalized firms. Propose bundled services and long-term facility planning packages to grow through repeat engagements.
