Established in 1961 as Swan Cottage Homes, more than six decades on, SwanCare has become one of Western Australia’s leading providers of retirement living, home care and residential aged care services.

A not-for-profit organisation and registered charity, SwanCare administers WA’s largest full service aged care community at Bentley Park along with a boutique retirement living village in Australind.

Bentley Park campus spans 15-hectares and is home to approximately 1,100 residents residing in either retirement villas and apartments, or one of four residential aged care centres. The campus is complete with resident services including home care and an award winning leisure precinct. Australind Rise is a tranquil boutique site with 21 villas and a leisure centre.

Administered by a Board of Directors whose members are drawn from leadership positions in the Western Australian corporate and community sectors, SwanCare employs a dedicated workforce of more than 700 staff who support the specialist qualifications and broad experience of the management team.
