Switch is a precise choreographed total body workout, high intensity interval training (HIIT), rewritten and reproduced daily. You will never repeat a workout. At Switch the priority is not finding a new way to train but rather creating an intensely enjoyable workout where health and fitness are natural side-effects. 

Classes are run by highly trained instructors and assistants focused on ensuring participants’ form and functionality. The core team, the Switch Squad, our family, is what makes Switch so powerful. It is the heartbeat of the brand. 

Created by Steve Uria, Switch was born in Cape Town, South Africa. Following the success of the first studio, expansion lead to erecting new Playgrounds (studios) in Johannesburg and New York City.

Switch is more than just training. It’s about shifting gears, changing it up, and escaping the mundane, pushing from one station to the next with all the energy and vigour that your body can muster. It’s about pain today and strength tomorrow, a guided experience of training at its best.
