Synergy Surgicalists is a national surgeon/physician run organization with the goal of providing the highest quality orthopedic and general surgery care in the acute setting and in rural communities. Synergy’s leadership provides exceptional value to hospital and physician partners.

Synergy Surgicalists has identified a need for specialty surgeons to provide acute hospital care for patients. Many orthopedic and general surgeons do not want the burden of call in their practice. Synergy Surgicalists can solve that problem by providing high quality, board certified, orthopedic and general surgeons to manage all acute care patients that are presented to the ED or in the hospital setting. This will relieve the local community surgeons of the call burden and allow them more time to focus on their elective practice.

Synergy Surgicalists is a surgeon led company. The leaders have over 50 years of combined surgical and emergency room coverage experience. This team relates to the stresses and nuances that surgeons are presented with when providing the best surgical care to patients. The leadership’s experience allows them to have strong partnerships with the surgicalist staff in a way that no other surgicalist company can provide.

The leaders of this company are MD or BSN trained and each have their MBA. In addition, they are trained in Lean Healthcare techniques and Black Belt in Six Sigma. The leadership relates to the physician contractors, the local physicians, and the hospital partners. This model will increase the quality and efficiency of patient care by using coordinated clinical pathways, excellent patient hand-off tools, and clear communication between all parties.
