Syntax Training helps employees and managers write better. Our writing workshops provide tools, tips, job aids, practice, and feedback to improve business writing skills. Syntax Training is based in Seattle and offers training in the Puget Sound area and beyond. 

Since 1990, we have served more than 100 client companies and organizations with business writing courses, both in person and online.

Syntax Training programs are guaranteed. If anyone who participates fully in a Syntax Training class does not demonstrate improved writing skills on the job, one of two things will happen: Lynn Gaertner-Johnston will work with the individual at no charge until writing skills improve, or refund the training fee for that individual.
