Syntervision, based in Huntsville, Alabama, began in 1994 as a consulting firm and later broadened its scope to deliver engineering and management solutions to large enterprises. By 2005, it positioned itself as a SaaS provider with a platform aimed at filling gaps in existing IT service management tools through simplicity and scalability. The company’s focus is on unifying IT Service Management to improve coordination across the enterprise.

In April 2022, Syntervision was acquired by Airiam, a newly formed managed IT and Digital Transformation company with a cybersecurity emphasis. Earlier, in 2019, Syntervision partnered with UBX Cloud to address growing demand for cybersecurity solutions.
