Syprosoft Inc. is a small medical equipment manufacturing firm based in Irvine, California. It provides services across product development, regulatory compliance, and manufacturing engineering, supported by a process called RAPID that aims to address engineering challenges quickly.

Its pricing is offered through the SyproPLAN framework, which provides options for fixed price, cost-plus, or hourly engagements, and startups may pay half of their fees in stock. Having operated for 23 years from its Irvine office employing American staff, the firm reports a project-to-client ratio of about three, indicating repeated engagements. It frames its role as augmenting client teams with its RAPID personnel rather than expanding the client's payroll.
