SCL employs approximately 20 employees across 4 offices solely focused on local, state and government contracts. Over the past two decades, the company has built a transportation, environment and infrastructure portfolio that encompasses capital programs in Washington, Colorado, and California valued at over $20 billion in total project value to include Public Private Partnerships, transit, interstate, highway, and waste management in multiple jurisdictions.  SCL operates as the prime contractor on multiple design and construction contracts for agencies such as GSA, Sound Transit and King County Metro and serves as subconsultant to corporate industry leaders on contracts with the Los Angeles MTA, Denver Regional Transportation District, WSDOT, the cities of Tacoma, Kent and Marysville, Sound Transit, King County and SDOT.
